Laëtitia Bauduin was born in Paris on May 12, 1972. Graduated from the European Institute of Business, she began her career in Parisian auction houses, notably at Francis Briest, Artcurial, and Poulain le Fur. Since February 2004, she has worked at Christie’s Paris, in the Post War and Contemporary Art department, specializing in post-war French artists like Dubuffet, Soulages, and Hartung.

She has held several positions: specialist, sales manager, then department head, developing expertise in appraisals, inventory management, and sales organization. Her current role as chairwoman places her at the heart of client relations, essential at Christie’s, and business development.

Mother of three boys (21, 19, and 14 years old), married and living in Courbevoie, she balances a demanding professional life with family. Passionate about sports, she competes in tennis and practices golf and swimming.

For nearly 22 years, Laëtitia Bauduin has embodied excellence in the world of art auctions, combining rigor, management, and an international sense of relationships.
