A lover of wine, gastronomy and music, and a musician himself, Paul Amsellem founded the Plumes d’Or du Vin et de la Gastronomie eight years ago. Associated with Les Grandes Tables du Monde, every year the association rewards those who write about the world of wine and gastronomy, voted by the winegrowers themselves.
