Davide Puca

Davide Puca works at the University of Palermo teaching communication of food and wine. Davide has a degree in Semiotics from the University of Bologna and a PhD in Cultural Heritage from the University of Palermo. As a certified sommelier and researcher, his topics of focus are terroir and tradition. He has authored 20 scientific publications in his field and works as a marketing consultant with more than 60 companies in the food and wine sector.
