Jannie Mackay

Dr. Jannie Mackay is a cultural psychologist who has lived and taught in Europe, Asia, and the United States. Whether she is tracing the footsteps of ancient explorers or experiencing the many cultures of unique locations, Dr. Mackay brings a fresh perspective to world studies. As a cultural psychologist, she focuses on the history, culture, and passionate personalities of regions and countries. She has a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Mackay recently retired from teaching and is spending more time exploring unique cultures throughout the world. She believes that people learn more when having fun.
