Meet at the airport in the Arrival hall. Look for PONANT sign. You will be greeted by our local representative off the flight selected by PONANT.

You'll have the chance to admire the beautiful setting with its breathtaking mountain and ocean vistas.

You will then be transferred to the pier to embark on your ship.

Day 1 – Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Meet at Tenerife North Airport in the Arrival hall. Look for PONANT sign. You will be greeted by our local representative off the flight selected by PONANT or any other flight (provided that you have previously communicated your flight schedule to your travel agent).

You will be transferred to the hotel Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey 5* in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, just ten minutes’ walk from the city centre. Check-in from 3 pm.

Dinner at leisure.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 – Santa Cruz de Tenerife

After breakfast and check-out, you will depart for San Cristóbal de La Laguna, the ancient capital of the island and named after Saint Christopher, its patron saint (only a 30-minute drive).

Declared a UNESCO Heritage site, the city boasts a magnificent historic centre which you will visit on a pleasant, guided walking tour. Apart from being the religious centre of Tenerife, La Laguna has also an important University tradition. Walk its streets and admire the church of the Convent of Santa Catalina, the popular marketplace, the Cathedral, and the superb façade of the Episcopal Palace.

Your next destination will be the History Museum, located in “Casa Lercaro” and offering an interesting overview of the institutional, cultural, and socio-economic development on the island from XV to XX centuries. Keep your camera ready to take lovely pictures of beautiful balconies, old convents, and hidden places during your free time.

Enjoy a typical Canarian lunch before being transferred to the pier to embark on board your ship.

Day 1 – Lisbon / Mafra

After disembarkation procedures are completed, you will be greeted at the port by our local English-speaking representative.

This morning, you will head towards Mafra (1-hour at drive) where you will discover the Palace (UNESCO site) one of the most imposing buildings in Portugal.

Then, you will have lunch in a local restaurant.

The afternoon, you will enjoy a wine tasting in a local vineyard.

Drive back to Lisbon and check-in at your hotel Altis Avenida 5*.

End of the day and diner are at leisure.

Day 2 - Lisbon

Breakfast.

After breakfast, you will be driven to the Belem District. Enjoy an outside visit of the Jeronimos Monastery. then discover the Coach Museum. This museum occupies a building designed by the Pritzker architect winner: the Brazilian Paulo Mendes da Rocha. It gathers one of the largest and most valuable collections of coaches in the world that belonged to the European royal families.

Lunch will be served in the hotel restaurant.

During the afternoon, you will be drive until the Graça Miradouro and you will have the possibility to walk thought Alfama (depending on your mobility as the district has many stairs, and uneven ground.

Back to your hotel (around a 15-minute drive).

End of the day and diner are at leisure.

Day 3 – Lisbon

After breakfast and check-out, time at leisure depending on your flight schedule.

You will then be transferred to the airport in time for check-in for the PONANT selected flight or any other flight (provided that you have previously communicated your flight schedule to your travel agent).

·        This walking tour involves about 0,6 mile (1 km) of walking on a sometimes-uneven surface with some steps.

·        During the visit of the Mafra Palace, the visit of the Church won’t be possible since its closed for renovation until an undetermined period.

·        The Gulbenkian museum decided to close until July 2026 for renovation. The visit will be replaced by the Coach Museum.

·        Graça district is only accessible to the minivan.
