Fabrizio Boca
Fabrizio Boca, born in 1969, trained at the hotel management school in Marino and went on to work in various Italian and international culinary establishments before joining the kitchen staff at the Quirinale in 1993. Since then, he has served seven-year terms and presidencies, catering to heads of state, popes, and international delegations, always upholding one principle: Italy must express itself through its cuisine with authenticity, respect, and creativity. Over the years, his menu selections have consistently focused on highlighting Italy’s regional culinary excellence, featuring locally sourced ingredients and reimagining traditional recipes.
In 2013, he effectively became the Executive Chef of the Quirinale Palace.
Furthermore, for many years he has been a member of the Club Chefs des Chefs, an annual gastronomic summit where chefs to heads of state from around the world gather to celebrate global gastronomy.
In April 2024, he was awarded the prestigious title of Officer of the French Order of Agricultural Merit, a distinction granted directly by Guillaume Gomez, France’s Ambassador for Gastronomy and Food.
