After disembarkation procedures are completed, you will be greeted at pier by our local representative.

Drive to Dingli Cliff for a photostop brefore Mdina visiting. Then, proceed to Mdina - Malta's Old Capital. Mdina is one of Europe's finest examples of an ancient walled city, with its extraordinary mix of medieval and Baroque architecture.

Then, Mosta discovery, famous for its church and its spectacular dome inspired by the Pantheon, in Rome.

Continue with the visit of Palazzo Parisio, a unique 19th century palace in the heart of the Mediterranean. Palazzo Parisio is not only another palace of the legendary Knights of St. John, but the ultimate memorial of ambitions, aspirations and pretensions of a 19th century noble family. It houses two baroque walled gardens, including a lovely orangery - a miniature Versailles.

Enjoy a small snack in the Palace.

Transfer to Malta Airport on time for the flight selected by PONANT.

Meet at the airport in the Arrival hall. Look for PONANT sign. You will be greeted by our local English-speaking representative off the flight selected by PONANT.

You will be directly transferred to the pier for embarkation. The duration of the transfer is approximately 30 minutes.

Day 1 - Naples

Upon arrival at Naples International Airport, you will be met in the arrival hall by our local representative holding a PONANT sign.

You will then be transferred to your hotel, the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia 4*, ideally located along the seafront and offering stunning views of the Bay of Naples.

After check-in, enjoy the rest of your day at leisure to relax or explore at your own pace.

Dinner at leisure.

Day 2 - Naples

After breakfast and check-out, meet your French-speaking guide at the hotel and set off to explore the historic heart of Naples. According to legend, Naples was founded on the tomb of the siren Parthenope, who bestowed her irresistible charm and mystery upon the city.

Steeped in history, art, and cultural richness, Naples offers a captivating blend of ancient and modern.Your guided walking tour will take you through the vibrant streets of Spaccanapoli, the ancient lower Decumanus, which seems to divide the city in two.

You will discover Piazza del Gesù and the impressive Gesù Nuovo Church, renowned for its unique diamond-shaped façade, The Gothic Church of Santa Chiara, built in 1310 under the orders of Robert of Anjou. Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, featuring its remarkable guglia (spire), erected in 1658 as a votive offering following the plague. San Gregorio Armeno, the famous street dedicated to Neapolitan nativity scene craftsmanship.

At the end of the guided tour, enjoy some free time to explore the historic district at your own pace or indulge in shopping.

Important Notes:

·        The walking tour consists mostly of flat surfaces with some steps. Guests should be in good physical condition and should not suffer from heart conditions.

·        On Sundays, if a religious service is taking place inside Gesù Nuovo or Santa Chiara, guests will access the churches individually, while the guide provides explanations from outside.

·        After your visit, meet your guide again and walk to the coach pick-up point for a short drive to a local pizzeria, where you will enjoy a traditional Neapolitan pizza lunch.

Following lunch, reboard your coach for the transfer to the Port of Naples, where you will embark on your PONANT ship at 16:00.
